This condo had been professionally cleaned by a janitorial service but the new tenant was still concerned about the lingering pet smell along with the never ending dust. There was also cat hair that seemed impossible to completely eradicate. We set up filtration in the living room area and pushed the dust and cat hair from the other rooms into that area. We also blew the brick which released an extraordinary amount of dust. We then ran the HEPA filters and Bio air treatment machines for 6 hours. We then used a shop vac to remove what the HEPA filters did not collect and completed our final two steps. The result is a very clean living space.
